I have placed an order from rosencakes by making a payment of Rs. 2500. I haven’t even received order id and my order has also not been received. They are not picking calls, responding to emails or WhatsApp.

I wrote the mail to rosencakes that they provided only but I didn't get my refund of the amount of Rs 950. Please see the written mail below:

I am a customer who ordered half a kg Rasmalai Cake for Rs 950 on 14 Dec 2023 at 10:48 AM. I want to cancel my order due to the delivery cause.

After many emails and calls, they replied once like:

We have canceled the order as per request .Refund against the order you will receive within 6 to 7 working days. as per the cancellation policy.
Your cooperation is appreciated.
Thank you

And still, it has almost been 3 months but I didn't get my refund back.

Ordered cake on 19th Jan 2024.
Received a mail, stating to pay further and choose international category, when proceeding with the order no error was showing.
After so many days of continuous calls, mails, messages on live chat.
No response from anywhere.

The cake was not delivered and no refund has been issued yet.

I totally agree with you @sruthys123 . The same thing happened with me. I had placed an order on 2nd Feb 2023, I paid the amount and next mail they asked me to pay 250/- as a delivery charges and I denied it and cancelled my order and ask them to pay my money back to my source. Their reply was you will get the amount within 4-5 working days. After a month, after so many follow ups on mail and call they issued a voucher against it. I requested them to credit that amount on my source on mail, they didn't reply and now they are not receiving the call too. their service is pathetic and cakes are over priced. After going through all the reviews I don't feel like to order it as they are totally fake.

I order the cake on April 20th 2022 and still now they didn’t receive the order they won’t bother how important the delivery is and they are saying to contact with a 3rd party that is courier service it is so bad on them and there customer support is so bad they won’t listen to our questions just they will speak they won’t wait for questions. It’s almost 6days but there is no proper reply and still they are not answering when the order will deliver. Such a worst experience I faced with them.

I've ordered a cake using this website on 25th Jan. It costs INR 1700, after payment they send me another link. They said they need extra cash for delivery and that is about 250INR. I've raised this as a complaint and asked them why asking for money after payment. They said if I don't want that order, I can cancel that. So I chose to cancel it, they told me that I would get a refund within 2/3 days. Today is 31st Jan and I still haven't received the money. I contacted them by email and they said it is initiated in the form of a wallet so that I have to order from the same site again. I told them I don't want to do that since I saw that the company is fake, I've seen a lot of negative feedback reported on google. They aren't willing to give our money back.

This is very big scam in india . they just take order and did not deliver . they never refund money .

Never order from them!! Charged delivery charges of 250 and cake was not delivered at all.in fact asked the receiver to pick it from there location. And then start ignoring the calls to customer support and no response to emails as well.

I order a Birthday cake on 5th May, 2020 Order # 14561, this order has been cancelled by your end and i received a mail stated that "We regret the inconvenience caused, Today delivery is not getting possible in Vandalur .due to imposed restrictions because of covid 19 Lock down we can deliver it after 17 May 2020.(Lock down)".

Before make a order i have confirmed about delivery, that time they agreed to deliver the cake in mentioned location, after getting the confirmation from their staff, i make a order thru online and paid Rs.1949.00.

But so many followup i have received only Rs.1000. After that i send lot of mails, but there is no response from their end and no one pick the call.

Today i make a call from some other number, one of the staff picked and told that please check the refund policy in website and there is no more argument then she cut the call.

Ordered cake n other items worth 1529 rs. Order id 14799. Before placing order i had discussion with customer service. Customer service confirmed me about order delivery on specific location. On event day they refused to deliver my order and spoiled my surprise event. Still without getting angry i politely asked them to refund full amount because it was not my fault. They refused to credit full amount.

They have charged a whopping 1500 inr for a cake that looks like starbucks coffee in their website (1kg cake) but they delivered a simple black forest cake with very poor quality sponge base and even worse cream. It was a very important event and the event was totally messed up because of them and when we complained they stopped taking our calls. Poor quality and even poorer customer experience.

Yestersday (08.10.2019) i ordered a cake from rosencakes and they said you need to pay delivery charges for letting us make the delivery which i did and the slot i booked was between 3pm to 6pm but at 5.30pm when i called to know the status of the cake they said they cant deliver the cake bcz its was far for them to deliver. And from google maps i found that the place was only 1.5km away from the shop. Next i asked what is the solution for it they said ask the reciever to collect. Like seriously you plan a surprise for the reciever and expect the reciever to collect the product. I even agreed for it. Then they said the cake you ordered (Fruit cake) was not available u need to order some other cake, for which i agreed too. But after a while of this conversation the lady customer care who was handling the order didnt recieve my phone further she blocked my no. And she showed so rude behavior like i have done a crime by asking help to her. If you (Rosencakes) cant handle your customer shut your website. You need to remember that by selling things you are not doing a favor to us. After all of this drama i asked her to deliver the cake today morning (9.10.2019) but when i called to know the status of my order she neither pickedup my phone nor she made any notification about the deliver of the order. She was behaving like a sadist who likes to harsh her customers. And moreover if receiver has to receive the product then what is the point of charging for delivery unnecessarily. I am really upset with this site and the customer care lady. I want strict actions must be taken against the site who lure people in the name of promising people to make a delivery in time but at the end ruining someone's occasion/surprise for no reason.

And the customer care lady must be punished.

I ordered in march for the first time when my ordered got cancelled without any notice. I have to fight and call them number of times for the refund. They said they don't refund but give a coupon code. That time they didn't told that this is a one time coupon. Now i used the same but my 600 got lost. The person who picks the phone neha kapoor was very rude and shouting at the customer when she was talking. I have the recording in my phone. I asked for the second coupon of the balance amount but she rejected with a very rude time. This is a complete fraud and don't take care of the customer.

this order is not delivered on 14th feb, 2019 and within the time frame[9pm to 12 pm].

I have placed the order on 6th Feb, 2019.

I have tried to calling their service center no body picked up the call.
try to reach out by on page chat. no body answered
tried to email them but no body answered.

simply i was cheated.

These people are complete frauds they took the delivery date and didn't even deliver it, they took the money and cheated me and that executive Sofia she is a big liar and don't know how to talk with customers and is always giving nonsense excuses. On top of that she is blaming me for not asking her the delivery possiblity in chat whereas while placing order I clearly mentioned that I need the delivery today. Strict action should be taken against them.They are just cheating us.

500g cake ordered. Received 250g cake. No message on the cake. Cake was supposed to be delivered on 13th may. It was delivered on 12th may. They asked 250 rs extra as shipping charges which was not intimated during checkout. Then took rs500 instead of rs250. On calling the customer service, they refused to refund. Totally fraud company. Worst service ever received. The company should be blacklisted.

Very disappointed service. First of all very late delivery, ordered to delivery between 9 am-12 pm, and they delivered at evening 5 pm. Also what i ordered is 1 kg cake received smallest cake in the world. What type of service is this. Also the message written on cake is different. They are not even attending my call now.

I placed an order for the combo product number 24 on 31 july'2017 around 2 pm for the delivery in trivandrum on 31 midnight slot around 11:55 pm. The order number is 7353 worth 1299 rs including the extra delivery midnight cahrges of 299/-.
Before placing the order with the company, i had an email and telephonic enquiry and confirmation for the correct product delivery at the mentioned time of midnight slot (9 pm-11:55 pm). The customer care executives ms. Sopjia, ms. Anjali, ms. Priya guided and commited me that your order will be 100% delivered at your request timings. For which the customers pays midnight extra delivery chareges. The customer will receive no cahce for complaint. I have full chat transcript from the excutives ms. Sopia.
The company cheated me by delivery the spoiled cake around 4 pm. And now the company executives and manger is not responding to the calls and emails of my request. Instead they are terrorring me to go to the court and file the case. We will not help you any way. This was said by ms. Priya.
How can a company can cheat and befool customers money like this in india. Its a very shamefull incident. And the customers are helpless. On their website the company had mentioned such a big big commitements.
I need strict enquiry for the case and needs justice by having my money refunded back.

I ordered a pineapple cake on 3rd july 2017 but after the payment was done i received a mail asking for 250 inr more for the delivery. On seeing this i cancelled the order. As per their policy they promised me a coupon but to my surprise that coupon is not even redeemable and gives the error of expired or invalid. Since then they have stopped replying to my mails, messages and calls. I am feeling so cheated. The worst ever service. I am going to file a consumer forum complaint against them soon.

I had enquired with their customer care agent whether the cake can be delivered to my pincode as it is little far from city. Being assured by the agent that delivery is possible, i made the payment. But on day of delivery their mood changed and they told, it isnt possible to make the delivery. And they told as par our terms & condition we only issue credit coupon. Even after that I havent received my credit coupon yet..I feel cheated moreover very poor service

They are the worst company i have ever met in online booking... They don't even receive your calls after the payments are done... Feeling so cheated... They are not replying even on mails or msgs... Stale cake was delivered... No content msgs... They are basically frauds... It's basically breach of trust... They should be banned from the cyber world... They have taken full prepaid order... This cake was for my father on father's day... They actually have played with my emotions... Why can't such websites be banned and strict actions be taken against them??? 11

I had enquired with their customer care agent whether the cake can be delivered to my pincode as it is little far from city. Being assured by the agent that delivery is possible, i made the payment. But on day of delivery their mood changed and they told, it isnt possible to make the delivery. And they
told discuss your case with management, as par our terms & condition we only issue full value of credit coupon but if you want to opt for money refund the same is done after deducting financial charges charged by the bank .
the original cost they charged was 1849 INR including delivery charge to my area. But the refunded only 300 INR.
