On the pick up date and time the bike was not available. Royal brothers bangalore branch contacted for cancellation and they confirmed they confirmed that booking + deposit amount shall be refunded with five working days.

Royal Brothers = NO Quality + NO service + NO Ethics
I was on business trip to Bangalore and booked there Crap Bike. I booked for sat-Sun to hangout in city.
NOTE - They advertise Vehicle Quality and their Prompt response is their strength. Both are just marketing sentences and they dont have either. Also, they are NOT ethical in giving our own money back and will look for reasons to EAT your DEPOSIT that was suppose to be refundable.
I booked bike from 9.30 am and it arrived around 11.30 am. Tried calling customer care and other possible places. NO Response.
Issues with Vehicle - Front break were useless. Head Lamp stopped working in evening. They say its working but blinking and should be ok.. Who can drive with disco light. Also, i got puncture on the way.
Ethics - They claimed that since i bang their quality vehicle in pothole it got puncture. they got tire rim damaged and other possible reason to glup your money and deposit.
