Our rental scooty suzuki access 125 broke down in nandi hills, we were told to get repair it from local mechanic and you will repay us the money. We paid the local mechanic there . Now we want you to pay us our money back. Our scooty again broke down in Bangalore and we got no help and assistance at all. Our calls we also not answered. Our exp with royal brothers is worst. Just pay us our money back, at least do that. Account was with registered number - [protected]. We are attaching the bill of mechanic below

Hi this is regarding with my booking made on 30/11/22 booking id Booking ID: after 3 days the vehicle had starting trouble we raised complaint but no one turn to rectify it, next day vehicle didn’t start on my way to home from my work I was completely sticker on road I raise Ltd complaint no one came to help almost I waited 4 hours on road then with the help of public transport I reached the Royal brothers garage in Indiranagar metro and told about the trouble l, manager told no vehicle replacement and then they bought the vehicle to garage and they ended my booking on 5/12/22.

They said the refund for un used days will be credited to my account after 24 to 48 hrs, after a week waiting no one called or sent me the invoice and even I didn’t received my refund, later I myself contacted customer care and I was told that it will be credited in next 24 to 48 hrs,

I’m fed up of following with this and till today I have not got my money back I wrote mail I followed with customer care but lost my hope that I will get my money back.

My name is Azhar, I work for Accenture Hyderabad. As all aware about WFH, currently I'm also working from my home. I came to Hyderabad to attend one of my friends marriage this week. So I thought to hire a bike for rent so that it is easy to travel here & there. I went through all the options & I chosen the Royal Brothers website to hire a bike for rental for the amount of 2368.8 in Indian rupees for 3 days. I went to pickup station in Madhapur by 7 : 30pm on 8th Aug'22 while my booking started at 7:00 pm already which I was allowed to do. By the time I spoke to executive there, he directly denied the booking. As he Said it is mandatory to submit the Original Driver Licence at their premises & then only they allow me to take ride. I said I'm not aware of the as mostly no one carries their original govt documents handy where as I dnt even have backpack with me. I tried to call customer care at the same time. He said either you submit the original document or else go & cancel the booking. And then I have asked for alternative option. He said I can ask any one of my friend to submit his original driving licence & then I can take bike which is completely illegal. Why should someone submit their documents for others sake. CCE was so harsh that he hang up the call in intentionally in the middle. I called again and they charged me 37% of deductions for no purpose. They made me to stand in rain for almost 1 hr 30 mins and they finally they only said for refund of 63% only can happen. It was such a disgusting experience today. Please help me &do needful as per the law.

I have recently booked bikes on rent on the website royalbrothers.in, i have made 3 bookings and for each booking i had paid 1000 rupees making a total of 3000 rupees, i'm supposed to get the deposit amount within 5 working days after returning the bike, its been a month now and i'm still waiting for the refunds.

Date of booking - 29th july
Bike model: classic 350
Pick up date and time: 30/07/2016 09:30 pm
Location for pick up - mangalore
Booking amount - 1999/-
On the pick up date and time the bike was not available. Royal brothers bangalore branch contacted for cancellation and they confirmed they confirmed that booking + deposit amount shall be refunded with five working days.
However, they are not refunding.
