Dear Sir, I(Yogesh Sharma)buy a royal enfield (modle STD.350cc, Engine no.6B708785M, Frame no. 6B708785M)ondated 08/12/2006 from your authorise dealer(SHUBHAM INDIA AUTOMOTIVE PVT.LTD. NIT FARIDABAD.)After nine month from date of purchase cylinder kit of my motorcycle had been ceased.and it will be changed by the dealer with the statement(lot of the kit which is for year2006 is not good we have face many problem due to this lot.So you don, t have any problem ; we change it.)kit has been changed on dated.27/08/2007 J.C No.787, Invoice no. 4912 with payment of Rs.603.78. After eleven month i am facing this problem again. Kit of my motor cycle had been ceased on dated 20/07/2008. This problem is continuously every 10 or 11 month. After that i discuss again your dealer.Dealer told me sir last time quality of cylinder kit is no good but now company does a Major change in the kit so you don, t face this problem again, if any thing happen then we see again.Dealer says to me you pay the value of kit and we change it again . After that I told them this problem is not due to me, this is your parts quality problem so i can, t pay. this problem is continuously with two year. So dear sir please you do something about this as soon as possible.

Bangalore - 560 069 ) behaved with me and my friend, we planned to buy 2 vehicles for us, but they were too neglecting us, they were treated us like a tea boys, is it a way to behave with the customer, please take a serious action with them, It is a time that you have to be very careful, you know the condition of recession, I don't want to write too much, If you have concern take it seriously, If you have any clarification you can reach me through mail
