I have a later 2016 BS 3 model Himalayan and I have completed 29 K Kms on the vehicle and have complete showroom track of the vehicle and faced many issues now and then, However the bike is Running with the problems and in the recent I got to know the Upgrades the Company has given for all the BS 3 models such as replacement of Head and bore, front suspension, gear sifter sensor, Cone set, Clutch Assembly, Coolant piper, radiator guard and etc..., which I was unaware of in the initial years of purchasing the bike and every time when I had a problem with the bike they used to just repair it instead of giving the upgrades and when I have asked the dealership for the upgrades they want to turn their back on me saying that the bike has completed it's 2 years so they don't bear any responsibility there after most of the problems still persist such as play in Sound from Engine Head, Hard suspension, Hard clutch, gear shift problem, Play in cone set and many other issues.. I have tried complaining this issue where ever possible but the Royal Enfield Dealership and staff are not ready to listen my concern. Please help me out in this regard.     My re 350clasic gunmetal is frequently breaking down, i am colpaining and giving it to service centre but they dont find actual prolem... I suffering from last 2months, i am mentally and physically got tired now... Please do something otherwise i wont reccomend re in future.
    Service center barshi, of solapur district maharshtra not solving my problem, it takes my bike for some days, use my petrol handover to me and say that bike is repaired, this happend two times, but my problem is still same suddenly bike gets off and doesnot respond... Please do something

      Hi team,

      I booked stealth black 350cc bike in madinaguda re showroom. Response from the supervisor laxmikanth and swamy is poor.

      Laxmikanth is irresponsible person. I don't know how royal enfield top industries hires show people. We booked bike long back in november month and we order initially classis 350cc black later showroom ranjith told about stealth black 350cc.

      So, we told them to book stealth black and we are ready to wait until it launches. Laxmikanth took the amount of 10k for booking.

      But, now there are not even responding properly when we asked for details. Laxmikanth and swamy asking to visit banjara hills branch in rude way.

      Swamy don't even know how to talk to customers. I recommend not to go for madinaguda branch to all my friends.

      Please take action against laxmikanth and swamy.

      I bought a thunder bird350x from unnunni motors two months before. now my bike ridden km-3560 only, taken 1st service with 500 km. now the complaint that oil leake from the head gasket. besides while delivered the bike i noticed and informed the dealer bikes silencer damaged. dealer will not rectified the complaint sofar.

Fyi 30th jan 9am again bike is shut down after charging i request mr. Dinesh manager re erukenjerry for the detail study. He told will support waiting for the next update. Still no update

          Last time i have problem with sensor on bike exhaust and rear brake system of my black stealth 500. I took the bike to correct it from service centre at udhampur. They told me that they have to change brake pump and the sensor also for that they have to charge me accordingly. On enquire about my warranty period they told that this is not possible.
          Reason for that - according to them my lastservice was not done at authorised service centre as per their logs
          But my problem is that i have done my services on time on authorised service centre at tanda punjab in[protected], how’s fault is in it that they have update their systems accordingly. And from past year services are within time from authorised service centre, what about the warranty of the bike of 24 hours.
          Now my service is due and i’m confused about where i have to go for my service, authorised service centre where they charge u more and provide no warranty or outsource it where i have to pay less and for product i any case i have to buy them at their market price as they are nor giving me warranty on bike.

          Please do let me know about my bike warranty, why proper entries are not in system logs about services, what i have to do now to make sure to get bike in warranty??

            I have purchased thunderbird 350 marine at aravinduja motors kattupakkam chennai on 11/06/2018 i have found petrol leakage in my 3rd free service, now again same problem found and given to service centre on 5/01/2020 till date my bike not return. They said problem in petrol tank need to be replaced once it come from manufacture unit we will give you. Need bike as early.

              Hello sir i got my royal enfield classic gunmetal grey at the month of april... I am getting continuous sound on engine from the date of purchase.. I have complaint it from the last three services.. But they are just ignoring it by different reasons... Please try to take action on it... Ore else just replace my bike... Till i can't wait... Some more problems like chain etc are continuing... Soon try to take action on it.

                  Sir, i own a classic 350 redditch red. At the time of purchase i had decided to put extra seat cover with the default seat having white lining, i trusted the dealer that that they will install all the original parts but later when my outer sear covering started to wear out i found that the seat was not the default seat with white lining they had cheated me with some other normal seat. I made a complaint to the dealer but they refuse to take any action and they say that i cannot help.
                  Therefore i would request you to kindly see to the matter so that they dont spoil the royal enfield name in the future.

                    Phir next day mujhse kaha gya... Ab thik
                    Ho gaya hai... (Koi sound nahi hai...)
                    Per aisa nahi huwa... Mujhe problem hoo gayi...

                    Mere pass bus consumer court kaa option hai... Mai bahut problem mai... Hun... This is new himalayan bike.
                    Ya tou app dushri bike issue ker dou.
                    Mujhe lagta manufacturer defect hai bike mai.. Otherwise...

                      I am having a re thunderbird 350 marine bs iv which was purchased during march 2018. During my last service (07/05/2019) itself observed that the instrument cluster vt31 is not working and the service center also not able to tell the exact reasons for the failure. (The electronics items will fail is the concept). The required spares also not readily available.

                      I kept my bike idle due to my work. After a long gap of 45 days, when i started my re - thunderbird 350 cc, the vehicle is fail to start. So, i called for a breakdown call and the service center deputed the persons to check and start the bike. But they couldn't succeed and the bike was taken to re service center - m/s krishna motors, theni on 21/01/2020. The servicing and the instrument cluster vt31 also changed. (Inv010825bc01124 dated 21/01/2020)

                      I have disappointed about the early failure of instrument cluster vt31 and not getting started smoothly. (This is also repetitive)

                        I have booked electra 350 black colour on 14th january. Till now i can't get vehicle. They saying they have no stock of electra 350 black colour then why i booked in advance.. What is the purpose of booking vehicle.. Kindly make solution. Yesterday i given a complaint against mass wheels edappal, malappuram disrict, kerala. They blocked my finance due to non stocking of electra 350 black color. The staff and sales manager is supported to block my finance of kodak mahindra. Pls make a solution for my problem. I really like bullet but due this incident am going to cancel my order.
                        Very bad staffs. My opinion about mass wheels edappal, malappuram district, kerala is very bad.

                          I purchased a new royal enfield thunderbird 350x in cuddalore at 2019. Few days after delivery of my motorcycle. The speedometer pin stopped working and just wavers sometimes and starts working normally for a while. I asked the re service about it at my 1st service of 500 km. It was working at the time they saw it and said i needed to show them proof video that it doesn't work and told me to come back when it doesn't work. And so likely i came back at my 2nd service along with the same issue and video they said to wait 2 months for spare to arrive. I had to switch states so it took me 3 months and came back at 3rd service it wasn't working last evening and it was working that morning so i knew they'd just turn me back and left and now yesterday i came to service centre at 10 am they said its crowded and told me to come tomorrow i asked them to see the issue while riding cuz it might start working again. They refused. This morning again it started running for like 20 mins they said its fine and told me to come back again when issue is back. They just have to while away 2 more months and my warranty period would be over. I wouldn't mind even paying i just want the issue fixed. But the thing is its 45 kms to the nearest royal enfield showroom. Yesterday they made me wait 1 hour to tell me "it's crowded, come tomorrow or leave the bike but they'd only work on it tomorrow" not just me alot of other customers are dissatisfied or should i say disappointed beyond words. There are so many customers here like everyday i see atleast 30 royal enfields on road it would be greatly useful if there's a good service centre for royal enfield. Lately i've booked the continental gt 650. The mechanics don't know nothing not even as much as me a commoner with very low knowledge about these stuff. If you try complaining about why they're doing like this they would say. "yes, we will fix it please go have a seat (In a smug way meaning i'll make you wait here for an eternity without fixing anything)

                            I just wanted to explain a story which has done with royal enfield showroom..

                            " i'm a customer of royal enfield from last year, i have taken full service of classic 350 yesterday at rohan motors vijaypur in karnataka. They have told that service has done and you can leave, i have left from there, after 4 to 5 km of riding, rear disc jammed then i gave a call, they did not attend the phone call after one hour of trying they picked up but refused to help, even i went service centre by towing bike they did not care of me, i was trying to contact the owner of bike showroom but ignored very badly, then i realised this is the worst service i ever come across.. Please do make them to improve service..

                              I have serviced my bike classic 350 yesterday at rohan royal enfield service centre vijaypur karnataka. After they said service has done then i leave from there after 4 km rear wheel and disc jammed then i called they did not attend the phone after hour they picked phone but refuse to help me. When i went service centre towing bike they did not care my bike and i was try contact owner but they didn't gave a number... Very bad service centre in vijaypur i realised...

                                Hello,
                                I have an issue with petrol tank leak in my classic 350. After taking the bike to sai ram autofract. It seems tank replcement is required. Service center people are telling they will after after they get the tank from chennai. But its been more than 8 days. They are not providing any time by when it tank will be replaced.

                                I m losing a liter of petrol everyday because of this issue. And my vehicle also chocks and stops suddenly in the middle of the road because of this issue. Its very risky.

                                This type of experience i have not expected out of royal enfield.

                                Please look into this matter.

                                  I am purchasing classic 350 bullet september 2019 in velvan motors nandanam chennai 600015, sellers is cheeting the customers i am giving engine problem complaint 4 times in show room but sellers is raising the complaint only one time when i purchase the bullet facing the problem continuously now i am giving complaint 5th time, it is a very very worest service, facing the problem when i purchase the bullet, i am giving the complaint immediately in that show room manager any body is not solve the problem i am not be leaving the service worest service.

                                    Exchange the silencer.My Royal Enfield silencer has damaged. It was reported to me by Royal Enfield service show room in ariyalur .some particles are shrinking in the silencer.major problem is silencer and there is no any other problem in the vehicle . I need to change the Royal Enfield silencer .it has some warrantyty period. So I need to change new one.

                                      I have brought new royal enfiled classic bullet from garcha automobiles ropar on 29.11.2019. They have given me a slip which is valid for only 1 day. I am not able to use my bullet without the rc. After that i call their representative on 17.12.2019 and they have inform me that registration number has been alotted to me but they did not inform me. After that they inform me to get first service of my bullet but the bullet have completed only 200 kms as i did not have the registration certificate. I got service of my bullet on 04.01.2020. I have not received the rc of bullet till now due to which i am not able to use my bullet. Kindly look into the matter and expedite the reply please.

                                      I have purchased Enfield standard on 5 November from dugha Distt Hamirpur. But after first service petrol sign not working and some problem in shocker but when I go to dealership for check it but they said me to that they check it when meter reading reach 3 thousand. So I complained about this and take action against this.

                                        My name is jithin.
                                        I have re himalayan m/c of 2016 model (Pb08dn1881). At the month of december 2019 re workshop jaisalmer changed camshaft and both inlet valve & outlet valve of the said vehicle. The products were brought from oem chennai (Invoice attached).
                                        1. How could these engine parts of costly bike like himalayan damage with in 3 years and in 13000kms?
                                        On 14th january 2020 again re workshop allahabad changed both inlet & outlet valve with original parts (Invoice attached). There was an unusual sound from engine and i ride the vehicle to the workshop allahabad.
                                        2. How did this happen again after running 1000kms with new original engine parts and within one and half month?
