I was trying to approach the SaiRam Autocraft Serrvice Center, Mahadevapura, Bangalore for my Classic 350 service from past 1 week. I visited the service center 3 times already. And on all the 3 days, they told that they won't take the bikes for service as they have more bikes already. As I am facing few complaints for the bike(which i will raise it as separate Complaint), I wanted to get those resolved along with the service asap. I told them that am ready to wait for 2 days for delivery if they take the bike for service. But they are rejecting it. This is the height of customer negligence from their side. They asked me to come at 8.30 am in the morning on all the 3 occasions - and on these days, none of the service guys were present. One security person is telling all the customers that they are not taking bikes for service, as the superintendent has told it seems. I felt really angry and the same happened with most of the customers. So, I would request the concerned authorities to take proper action. Either the service center guys should put a board outside their center telling they won't take the bikes for 1 week or so, OR they should close their service center, instead of fooling the customers.
