Royal Enfield — broken chassis did not replace yet | |||
I had given my royal enfield classic 350 gun metal grey for servicing on 5th feb. Next day when i came for returning my bike the service manager of pinnacle royal enfeild, kizhakkeveettil building, ground floor survey no 20/447 a, nh 17 methala, kodungallur, kerala 680664, was saying that chassis was broken. Bike did not meet with any accident so there is no chance to get broken. It was either the mistake of manufacturing or mistake happened by the service center. Anyway bike was under guaranty period so the manger registered for the new chassis under guaranty. It was done by 6th feb, but till now i did not get any intimation from company side. Daily i was riding almost 60 km up and down, with out bike reaching office on time is very difficult. I am working as a teacher in a reputed entrance coaching centre kochi and i could not reach the classes on time due to this.
