Royal Enfield — charging extra and fooling customers | |||||
Being a top brand in two wheeler, we purchased the bike classic 350 black from kings autoriders whose address is s. No.288/1, pavitra building, above titan showroom, baner pune-411045. I'm doing my servicing on time, i completed 18000 km and i missed one servicing and when i went for servicing the dealership charged me for 24159/- rupees, i was shock after receiving the bill, either the dealership is fooling me or the royal enfield (One of the best brand) is now trying to fool customer. He changed 39 parts in my bike without informing me, and i guarantee that there was no need for changing the parts, and i don't have any faith whether the dealer changed the part or not. Even the accident bike is not charged so much. And it was pathetic and worst service provided by dealership. It has passed a year for my bike and i keep my bike in best condition. I hope so whether the complain will be resolved, or i will escalate this issue in consumer forum..
