Royal Enfield — Classic 350 chassis bend

I booked a classic 350 on April 14, and after 5 long months waiting I received my bike, which is a defective piece. The handle was having some issue. Had an alignment issue. After rectifying all these issues after first service, I realized that the bike is having a chassis bend. Could anyone tell me what to do?
