Iam john sujay, i tried to give my vehicle classic 350 at this service centre (Service center address : s v motors, 3-6-311, opp:govt. Iti, mulugu road, warangal, telangana, india. Pin code-506002) where i experienced very irresponsible service providers at the service station.. They have not take the vehicle for 6 times and the reasons were pathetic like oil is not available, service boys are on leave. They are not even addressing the customers well. They havent offered a chair to sit and discuss but used to say that come tomorrow. One employee who is receiving the vehicle is not even considering abt my problem.. Try resolve the issue as soon as possible and atleast send them a memo that should certainly make them realise and would not effect the other customers to come..
