Royal Enfield — Complaint Regarding False Delivery Commitment and Unauthorised Closure of Complaint Tickets

Royal Enfield falsely committed delivery of the bike within 1 month at booking. It has now been over 2.5 months with no bike and no confirmed delivery date. My complaints are being closed without resolution or my consent. This is deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request immediate escalation, written delivery confirmation, and reopening of all closed complaints.
