Royal Enfield — continuous heavy tappet noise. (nothing royal is left in royal enfield now)

I hv recd. Message that complaint is resolved, but when checked in service centre, i hv found out that bike was not even tested for re-occurrence of tappet noise. It has been more than a week, bike is given to service centre for repair. Service centre mechanics are not even able to resolve the problem. This noise is there in the bike since 5th day of delivery & this is the 6th time i hv given bike to service centre for repair for same issue.

Pls. Refund my 1.62 lacs which i spent on buying this bike else i will go to consumer court for refund.
