I purchase RE 350 Black Color in the month of July 2015, When I got the bike I was excited as I hold the Legend, however I was never the less unhappy cox my bike was good in condition and I was satisfied. The issue started on the first service where I realized that the Fork was defective and after a lot of discussion, the CVS MOTORS Service team got it replaced, It was the service manager PAVAN who replaced it, but even after replacing it the issue was same, Then I noticed that the headlight casing was cracked when I informed the service team I was informed it was nothing, when the noise of my fork started increasing, in the second service I again informed them the same that it is cracked, but the service manager PAVAN did not care about, When I got Irritated on my third service about the issue and also drafted an email with the picture of the damaged part, I did not get a call for the replacement for a week, when I called back I was informed to come on Sunday 08/11/2015 also I was informed that he will be available their, When I reached the Service center I again was wrong promised by the service Manager Pavan and he started arguing with me stating it cannot be done, however it was through call as he did was off and gave wrong info to the customer. The worst part about CVS MOTORS Service Team is that they don't show any courtesy to the customer about the inconvenience caused to them, It is really disappointing after spending so much of our hard earned money and we not getting a proper response from the CVS Team, all I asked was a replacement through warranty, I would definitely reach to the highest level if the issue is not resolved, This a bad image about RE being put by their dealers and the service team. I would never refer any one to purchase a RE if this continues to be the same. I Have also uploaded the picture of the damaged headlight casing, where anyone could see that it is a manufacturing defect, apart from that if anyone would be wondering why is the paint off is it he has fixed it outside, for the fact that the paint was off when the CVS Service team replaced the Fork. Ill be waiting to see how much time will the RE or the CVS service team will take time to get the issue resolved. my bike number is KA05 JM 7052, CVS has all the records so I dont think so I need to give them any other info about it.NOTE: Bike has never met with any kind of accident.
