Royal Enfield — defective bike and battery issues | |||
My bike has stopped working for the 4th time after giving it to service centre for 3 times in 4 months. After replacing the old battery with new just 2 months ago, the bike is showing the same ever existing problem of not self starting and showing the battery low sign even after riding it for long distance without headlights on. The battery is new so it was not the batteries fault but it is the bikes fault and the service centres fault for not fixing the problem. I paid 2500rs for new battery installation as service center guys suggested but it seems that was not the problem and my money was wasted. I feel it is the company's fault for making a defective bike. I had to towe the bike all the way to worli from powai as it stopped in the middle of the road again for the 4th time in 4months. I'm irritated fedup and tired with maintaining this royal enfield himalayan as it has been towed more then i have ridden it. I want the company to take this defective bike back and give back my money. My earlier complaint number was ccshoc[protected] My services are done from your authorized worli service center.
