I got very bad experience from Amba Motors dealer

I had launched above complain on 3rd Feb but till date Ihave not recd. any phone or mail from your side & in system you havementioned resolved the complaint. How can your person put ‘complaint solved’without any discussion. We want proper solution for harassment, which I gotfrom your Amba Motors dealer point. I except good solution for this case toavoid others customer pain.
Other experience from Amba Motors.
1. After running 110 Km. my bike’s tube puncher. I calledrepairing team & they opened the tyre & found tube got blast from joint& it was clearly manufacturing fault. I go to dealer point for warranty, heguided me that you have to go to MRF dealer point with some letter. Amba Motorsrepresentative give me one letter, which was totally wrong. Dealer's name wasTVS instead of MRF & manufacturing company was mentioned CEAT instead ofMRF. When I go to mentioned dealer point they refused to accept the letter& tube for wrong letter. I called Mr. Rahul of Amba Motors, he replied I cannotgive you correct letter today & you have to collect the same from tomorrow.My bike is standing on road & I will wait for letter. I purchased the tube& repair my bike & in this process I spent 4-5 hours time due wrongletter & misguide of dealer representative.
2. I had given good amount money to dealer for RTOregistration activity. After one month I called dealer point for registration, they told me some times require for the same. I took dealer's agent number& I solved RTO application activity.7 days back I got RC copy but my numberplate not completed & also I don't get any communication from dealer pointfor the same. When I called dealer point for the same, they answered me thatthey will take appointment for the same & tell me 20th March 5:30 pm is theappointment time. Today I take half day leave for the same & called forfurther formalities at RTO at 4pm.. I am surprise that they are telling thatthey have forgotten to take my appointment at RTO. I am totally frustrated& upset with dealer's behavior.
I want proper justice. I appreciate if you kindly treat mycomplain very seriously.

Hello,
I am Dixith BV from Bangalore Kengeri - 560060. I had booked Royal Enfield Meteor supernova brown bike at Accelerate Motors, Mysore Road Bangalore Kengeri – 560060, Advance was made on 28 Dec 2021 and I received the call from outlet person saying if payment is made we will receive the delivery within one week hence we made the payment on the same day (04/02/2022) of his call. However, there was no response from the showroom person even after multiple calls once the payment was done. I am continuously following up with the dealer regarding bike delivery. After completion of 3 days, we visited the showroom and dealer on a random basis for the delivery of my bike. Now almost 3 days have passed but there is no sign of delivery. Every time I ask about this point, they say that the bike is in transit from the plant, How can they take a booking and hold me for such a long time if the production is not there. I have seen other meteor bikes of different colors arriving but why not mine? Dealer assured me to deliver the bike on 11th of February and again failed to deliver, this is totally unexpected, and I have been receiving bad experiences every time I pay a visit to the showroom, not receiving any updates but fake promises. Gone are those days where re customers were supposed to wait for bike delivery, i believe royal enfield is not an ordinary brand.
I planned to take delivery of my bike on 11th February 2022. But I failed after so many follow ups.
It is very bad & they are destroying Royal Enfield company reputation by misguiding valuable customers.
My sincere request to please take a strong disciplinary action against this dealer point.
I hope you understand my pain for the issue.
