Royal Enfield — delayed delivery and false promises | |||
Dear re, Before complaining i like to appreciate your re interceptor model. So i purchase the same. Today 12 aug 2019 is delivery date promised by voyage motors kandivali mumbai maharashtra. But only after call by myself they said, they are unable to deliver. So my question is why they promised me 12 aug 2019. I put all my work on hold for this delivery and stupidly telling to everyone that my bike is coming on today. Secondly voyage motors executives don't knows the value of customer they just sell. After selling bike, every time customer has to take followup for whether they received down payment or not, whether bike paper are forwarded to rto or not, whether bike is ready or not. Same experience at time of waiting period, every time i called up for status. My humble request to re, pls do something on such dealer. Very much bad experience with re on startup. [don't know what will happen on servicing] My previous yamaha purchase was very much smooth, on time and last but not least their executive are very nice, informative and prompt and they respect their customer/leads [whether u purchase or not], don't give false promise.
