Royal Enfield — Frame crack

My 2014 model royalenfield classic 350 chassis has cracked.I was lucky to notice well before riding or else would have met with some accidents.I have never heard or seen any kind of this problem in any other bikes in a short period of time.When contacted the regional service manager for replacement he says the whole part and service should be bourne by the customer and company wont do anything.This is purely a manufacturing quality issue.I need the part to be replaced by the company.
