Royal Enfield — fuel tank colour issue

Sir, from last 02 months i'm continue complaining about my gunmetal grey fuel tank colour issue to mr. Vijay padwalkar (Service manager, karachiwala automobiles, shrirampur) and mr. Varun mehta (Tsm, royal enfield) but there is no reply from both of them, is this the service of royal enfield?
I already sent photos of my bikes fuel tank to mr. Varun., kindly reply the same please.
