This is an e-mail from a old and trusted customer of yours but due to 3-4 months delay service from the reputed company like royal Enfield was highly disappointed and unappreciated.
This is to inform you that I've given my Royal Enfield Classic 350 (2013 model) registered as DL 3S FK 1000 silver colour at 'Shiva Riders, Ghaziabad' (an authentic service centre and showroom of Royal Enfield) on 20 March, 2021 for the repairing work on its engine, chasis frame, handle and front mud guard as per the terms and conditions for the respective claim on the Insurance i.e of Bajaj Allianz Pvt Ltd and it's been around 4months the bike isn't repaired and serviced accordingly as per the time has been taken.
This is unappreciated as well as unacceptable to look forward from the reputed company like Royal Enfield's genuine service centre addressed as 'Shiva Riders, B-4, Meerut Road, Beside Samsung Showroom, Patel Nagar, 2nd, Nandgram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201003
It's my humble request, kindly please take action as the time has taken more than 3months for an insuranced service and repair of my bike and solve this issue as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged.
