I recently purchased a Royal Enfield Classic 350, and during the vehicle delivery, I was not made aware of the necessary documents required for an insurance claim. Unfortunately, I met with an accident and attempted to claim insurance, only to have it rejected due to insufficient supporting documents.
This experience has been extremely disappointing, as I trusted Royal Enfield to ensure a smooth and complete handover process. The lack of proper documentation caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I urge you to review this issue and ensure that customers receive all necessary documents at the time of delivery to prevent such situations in the future.
Due to lack of documentation I had to pay from my pocket 9K for the repair cost which hurt me due to negligence.
