Royal Enfield — Invoice not matching with RC

I bought a Royal Enfield Classic 350 Reborn Stealth Black registration number -WB38BA4303 in November 2022 from Royal Enfield Showroom S.G. Automobiles Asansol. The financer was Cholamandalam. Now that my bike loan is finished, I contacted Cholamandalam for the NOC. However, they are saying that in the invoice from the showroom, it is written “Meteor” instead of “Classic 350, ” while in the RC it is correctly mentioned as 350.

Cholamandalam is telling me that I need to get a letter from the showroom confirming the correct model; only then will they issue the NOC. All this seems to be a mistake by Royal Enfield. The person who handled billing in Asansol in 2022 should be held responsible. I need to get a letter stating that my bike is not a Meteor, but a Classic 350 Reborn.
