Royal Enfield — issue facing on battery | |||
Facing an issue with warrenty claiming with your battery. This is uttam from mysore karnataka. I took my enfield vehicle 6-7months ago. My vehicle was good for 3-4months after that i had an issue with it. Battery got suddenly down in the trafics. I live in tumkur. So i visited my tum kr showroom and enfiled showroom said that the vehicle is good and battery had an issue. We did not get good response. So I bought the vehicle to mysore showroom and the mysore battery care is just conveying that the battery is good. So I need the exchange with the battery at any cost. Or else exide company executive should be responsible to pick the vehicle if it shutdowns any where. These are the attached fils related documents. Witch is done In mysore. Hoping a good response from enfiled. So seriously I need the issue solved as early as possible. Or else I ll take some serious action.
