Royal Enfield — Issue with My New RE Classic 350 BS6 | |||
I have recently purchased royal enfield classic 350 airborne blue bs6 in the month of february 2020 from ispeed motors ayanavaram, chennai, tamil nadu. After 1 week i faced issues like silencer airfilter is like blocking while starting the bike, getting blocking like sound and the bike suddenly stopped frequently. Later went and complained to ispeed motors several times, pathetic customer service, told that this is due to bs6 all re customers facing this issue. Again after completing a month the bike suddenly stopped in the middle of the highway, felt really disappointed and contacted re showroom ispeed motors, they serviced the bike and told that water spill went into the censor of the bike, so it got air locked. Again today the bike suddenly stopped while travelling with my wife. As today is her birthday, it was really disappointing and frustrating. I noticed my carburettor was burning, so immediately contacted ispeed motors ayanavaram and they responded very rudely. We spent 2 lacs for this bike, this is not what we expected from royal enfield. Not even completed 2000 km on my bike. I would like to get replacement for my bike. Really fedup of complaining. Regards, Vijay Was this information helpful? | |||
