Myself Ashish Patel ([protected]) had bought RE Thunderbird 350 (Lightning Color) from JSN Motors - Surat, Gujarat.
This bike jerking continuously specially during and after monsoon season.
RE responsible people are not picking phone and if picked up then there is no such positive approach from their side.
I got a response from Mr. Mahender Chaudhary Service Manager that there is no such problem in bike.
Kindly let me know why below all parts had been changed in my bike ??
1) Kenister (2-3 times)
2) All Electric Coils
3) Petrol Tank
4) Spark Plugs (2 Times)
5) Complete header wiring
6) Meter
7) Side signals
Why there is no such solution for Petrol Tank Vibration ??
Why there is no such solution for Meter Vibration ?? Why Meter clamp needs to change every 8-10 months ??
Can anyone get me reply for above all queries ??
It seems RE is only interested to earn money, not in customer satisfaction.
I am not finding firm solution on this. You are requested to resolve the problem ASAP.
It seems that faulty bike had been sold to me.

Till date i have not received any fruitful call from Royal Enfield senior management.
The 1st call received from call center Executive. That too was giving the concern person name which was mentioned in my complaint.
So who will resolve the issue ?? Who will thoroughly check my complaint ??
