Royal Enfield — not providing the service | |||
Dear sir/madam I own a royal enfield classic 350 redditch red with registration number #br29ad1604 From approximately 2 months i'm getting "starting issue" and "deam headlights" issue. I took my bike to the authorised royal enfield service centre of my hometown siwan (841226) and discussed this to the mechanic/technician, he took out the battery and had connected that through a machine, later in the evening he told me to replace the battery. The battery is under the warranty period. I have requested there service manager to replace the battery as soon as possible, but he said that, "if you want to get your battery replaced than you must have to leave your bike to the service centre for approximately 10-15 days, or buy a new one from here". He said the same thing again and again. Kindly take a legal action and solve my problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
