Royal Enfield — Order ID-[protected] - Deliver of Damaged product (Riding Gloves)

I had purchased a pair of riding gloves online through the Royal Enfield portal and paid online for the purchase. The product that was delivered to me was and old pair of gloves and it was damaged. When i looked at the tag, it showed that the manufacturing of the product was in 2023. I immediately registered a complaint on their portal and was asked to share the pictures of the product. I sent them the pictures as requested and later they updated that the return pick up is being arranged and once the product has reached them the refund would be processed. I waited for some days expecting the courier will contact me to pick up the product but received no update. When i went back and checked with the customer support team i was told that the courier tried reaching out to me and since they did not get a response cancelled the return pick up. I explained to the customer service person as to why would i not pick a couriers call when i wanted to return the damaged product and have been chasing them for it. I was asked to sent an email again wiith all the details and I did the same. I have now been following up with the customer support team for more than a month and all i get is a standard template response that the request is being looked into.
