Royal Enfield — Pass Light Issue Royal Enfield Scram 440

I purchased a Royal Enfield Scram 440 on 7th August 2025. Just three days later, the pass light of my bike not working. I immediately informed both the service centre and the showroom.

When I visited the service centre the next day, I was told that the switch set needed to be completely replaced and that it would be done in the first service. However, when I gave my bike for the first service on 20th August 2025, I was informed that I would have to wait for a few more days as the switch set part heeds to be ordered.

I am very disappointed with the service provided, as this is a newly purchased bike and such issues should have been resolved promptly. I kindly request you to take immediate action and replace the faulty part without further delay.
