Royal Enfield — poor bike worst service they did water wash | |||
We bought our dream bike royal enfield with full of joy and happiness, when i ride the bike all my happiness gone. I had a very bad experience. A lot of noise has coming from the bike and front desk, clutch cable is too hard to handle, accelerated is hard to operate and suspension problem is also there. We told everything in the first service itself. In first service they charged me a high amount, they did only water wash and oil fillings, nothing more than that. Worst service no trained machanics, not giving proper respons to the customer. They not even ready to listen the customer query, problem and issues. We were mentioned the above problem in the first service itself but no use. Why should i buy a new bike with a so much of complaint with it. They are not fixing the problem. Not even giving respect to the customer. Service people didn't give bike till i paid my bill. After billing they become deaf. In service centre they told us that these bikes are coming with a problem in delivery itself. Why such a in capable people are there in your big industry to sell the defective piece.
