Royal Enfield — poor service experience. | |||
I got my motorcycle serviced from okhla workshop d block. The front wheel was not moving properly and even the brakes were not effective. I requested the person to check the brake but he didn't bothered. I have earlier reported this in nov 2018 as well. But still no mail, nobody even bothered to call me. This was such a pathetic service. I intend to sell my bike if this kind of behaviour continues. I have even tried sending an email for the same but still no response from the concerned team. I had a same problem in last 6 month..its make me irritating . i already contact your royal enfield service station ..they also dont know how to resolve..parts also very worst .
