Bought my himalayan, 2019 model from marikar motors trivandrum, kerala on 18th january 2019. From the day of delivery onwards, it was just a burdain for me.. The bike never stood on a pdi ramp, which was clear. No first aid kit, no cleaning process.. Nothing... Somehow i managed my feelings on the delivery day. After riding it for almost 3-4 kms on a long stretch road, i was feeling pain on my arms., which was due to bended t-stem. It's clearly visible that the t-stem is out of harmony with the chassis. First "free" service is over and they are not accepting the fact of bended t-stem. And the "free" service costed me around 1200 inr, in which they replaced semi synthetic engine oil with normal engine oil and the bike is running worst in its most. Chain adjusting, cleaning and lubing, according to re doesn't comes under "general service".. Yes the chain is a distinctive part of a motorcycle which need additional care of 250inr every serviceð. Now, the major problem... Re has increased the price saying that the model is dual channel abs equipped one.. Of course its equipped.. I paid 2.16inr on-road for this # and today, on my way to office, at 60kmph speed the rear tyre got locked whole i spammed on my brakes..."abs" equipped...ð.
Now, iam not at all satisfied with the re himalayan.. Nor with the service.. Neither with the quality they offered for my 2.16 lakhs.
Dear re, please do act for my above mentioned problem's. I need my bike to run in the most efficient and reliable way. My issues must be resolvedð Was this information helpful? |
