I purchased my bike(JH05BM 2204-BULLET 350-STANDARD.CHASSIS NO.ME3U3K5C0GE072012.ENGINE NO.U3K5C0GE072012) on 15th of june this year and found that paint of my tool box is light and even the paint of my tank is coming out in dots as if there is bubble under it.

Also hat on my front mud guard it seems that there was a damage and is covered through few layers of paint.i can say this as i have worked in tata motors for three years.
I complained about it but no response is being given from neither the dealer nor company.

i got a call from the territory service manager(mr.ramesh kumar singh) and he guided me through this and my tank was replaced with anew one..and the tool box and front mud guard is unseen till now..

Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
