[Resolved] Royal Enfield — Regarding useless service | |||
Hi I bought bullet electra 350 on 2013.I ask service people to check many products during my warranty but they said that all products are good.Once the free service period gets over and they started saying compliant like anything. Lastly i gave my bike for service in perungudi, chennai.I have never seen that type o[censored]seless service ever.i gave the following compliants 1.getting sound at rear tyre when going fast 2.Sound from shockobserve 3.horn not working 4.sound from chain (only 6000 km driven) 5.oil change The only work they done is oil change that also i dont know whether they changed with brand new oil or not. Rest all work is not done and they charged me Rs.3000/-. Finally i go and ask them about the problem not solved they are saying to change the chain and horn.A road side mechanic found that horn wire has been disconnected and he solved for Rs.30/- and he is promising that he can clear that chain problem by cleaning the chain with diesel and lubricate the chain. I want to know one thing that royal enfield is having service centre or replacement centre. I want justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
