I’m writing the below complaint with reference to the irresponsible and ignorant customer service provided by a service center called cvs motors in bangalore.

I’m facing poorest service from both showroom and the service center owned by cvs motors.
1. Delivery of the vehicle – when i purchased the vehicle, the petrol tank was damaged and rusted silencer cover, footrest, etc. When spoke to the showroom person, they insisted that the vehicle is already assigned and they were able to do anything except replacing the mentioned. The replacement was done after 2-3 weeks of the delivery. Understand the experience of purchasing royal enfield.
2. In my second service dated 07-sep-2017 informed all my issued and specifically about self-starter broken. After my service, the cvs motor service team says there is no stock for replacement and hence advised me to come back after a week. I’d been after a week and still didn’t have stock and advised me to come back after a week (Two weeks done). When i’d been there, the stock was available but an incompetent technician insisted not to replace and fix the existing self-starter. However, i informed to replace but no action taken and repaired the existing self-starter. The repair lasted long as one week (Great job done!!!). Again visited the showroom regarding the same complaint, the service center team plays with customers emotions. I had to visit them again with an answer no stock. Called royal enfield customer service raised a complaint, received a call from service center to visit and replace. When i had been there, still no stock and service center recommendation to revisit again.

This is a terrible service provided by cvs motors, i had to spend my time, fuel, come out frustrated with no results. Terrible and pathetic service from this motors. Please, please do not visit this service center anymore…..
