Royal Enfield — service at riderz ikon saibaba colony

On february 01, 2020 i had left my bike, classic 350, for general service at riderz ikon at sai baba colony, coimbatore. After taking delivery of the vehicle after the service as i was riding back i heard some kind of a noise from the engine. It was an unusual noise which was quite prominent that i had never experienced before. On talking to the personnel at riderz ikon, they requested me to bring back the vehicle. On doing so, they took 2 days on checking as to what exactly the noise was. They said it would cost around 12, 000 to get it rectified and asked me to talk to the manager mr. Ranjith regarding the same. Mr. Ranjith said he would get back and he got back saying that it would cost rs 12, 000 and that i have to bear them. The vehicle has run around 40000 km and i was shocked to hear from them stating that the life of the engine ends at 40, 000 km, which i did not expect at all from a service center like royal enfield.
This is absolutely not my fault at all and the noise started coming only after leaving the vehicle for service.
When talking to them stating that i would send an e-mail regarding what they spoke to royal enfield they have no problem with that too.
I would like to bring this to your notice that i am totally unsatisfied with what they have told me and the fact that they want me to bear the cost of rs 12, 000 after leaving the vehicle for regular services.
It is out of great passion for the vehicle that i went in for royal enfield and i am totally disappointed with their service and the way they spoke to me.
