Royal Enfield — service center unable to resolve my issues, called to customer care but no support.

For last several months complaining for noisy rear brake, but problem not getting resolved by service provider.similarly noise in shocker and problems of current missing.Forced to visit service center frequently leading to wastage of time, money and energy.
Called to customer care several times but even complain number not provided.
Feeling demotivated and depressed.
