Royal Enfield — service of my 350 cc black re

I m suffering fron many difficulties in my royal enfield 350cc model service centre is behaving rudely and 4 times i say my bike is going off in rain they cant repare that problem and charging money for another parts which have no prob and saying all is ok thier after i also suffering from problem now i dont know what to do i wish to make police complain on service centre because they are taking money foe other parta which is good and ok and saying that u have to replace thus part but i m given my bullete 3 times in service centre within a month but all times problem not solved pls help me
