Royal Enfield — They won't accept Debit or Credit Cards in your showrooms and service stations | |||
Dear Sir / Madam Today we went to purchase Helmet in your show room in Davangere city, Karnataka State. We are ready to pay amount through our debit card but your employees denied and first he told that POS MACHINE is not working, later he told if you use a debit card we will charge 2% extra charge and he won't give bill for that 2% extra amount. Government of India insist us to pay amount through Debit, credit or any other digital payments (BHIM, PAYTM). But your company is not suppoting it. Kindly support our government by removing that 2% extra charge and providing POS Machines in all your showrooms as well as service stations.
