Worst servicing experience. Billing amount is very high as calculated or compare to other local service. Chain cover rs.68 & the fitting labor charge was rs. 85. Almost rs.650 for engine oil change. A lot of noise from bike while in 60 to 80 speed, but the engineer said it is the common thing for all bikes. Oil leakage problem from engine is only a normal thing for them. I have a thunderbird 350 & this is the failure concept from royal enfield. I suggest dont buy re. Go for any other brand like honda, benelle, bmw, or hero or tvs. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had bought RE standard 350 on september 2016. Later on i found that there was some spots on tank. I'd complaint this issue several times on your service centre but there was no proper response given. Kindly look forward into this matter as my warranty period is about to get over.
