Royal Enfield — unresolved noise issue in royal enfield hunter 350

I am writing to raise a concern regarding a persistent noise issue in my Royal Enfield Hunter 350. I purchased this bike from Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone, No. 27, Pallikaranai, Velachery Main Road, Balaji Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600001.

Since my 3rd service in May 2025, I have been repeatedly reporting a noise problem during running condition, but the issue still remains unresolved. Despite multiple follow-ups with the Service Center Manager (Mr. Bala) and the Works Manager (Mr. Janakiraman), there has been no effective solution.

I have also emailed the Royal Enfield Customer Support Team and requested escalation to a higher authority, but I have not received any proper response or contact details for the next level of escalation.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue, as it has been ongoing for several months and causing significant inconvenience.
