I am writing to lodge a serious complaint against SS Motors, kannur east, Kerala (pincode: 670006) regarding my booking cancellation request.

I booked my motorcycle online and contacted the authorized showroom for cancellation. However, instead of assisting me, the showroom staff behaved extremely rudely over the phone. They categorically stated that they would not refund my money and insisted that cancellation could only be processed online.
This is not only highly unprofessional but also a direct violation of customer rights. Passing responsibility back and forth between the online portal and the dealership, combined with such arrogant behavior, reflects very poorly on Royal Enfield’s brand image.
I therefore demand:
Immediate cancellation of my booking through your official channels.
Full refund confirmation, along with the exact refund timeline.
An investigation and disciplinary action against the showroom for their unprofessional conduct and refusal to cooperate.
If this matter is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this further through the National Consumer Helpline, social media platforms, and the Consumer Forum.
I expect Royal Enfield, as a reputed brand, to take this matter seriously and ensure swift redressal.
