Royal Enfield — Warranty servicing by dealer is not appropriate | |||||
Hi, I have purchased royal enfield electra silver last year in march 2015 through soniya royal enfield, lbs marg, mulund west, mumbai. Due to in - appropriate warranty servicing by soniya my battery cover with lock, my toolkit and entire tool box got damaged with battery acid. During my last warranty sevicing my battery was checked and refilled but the drain pipe was not fixed thus my entire tool kit includig tool box got damaged due to overfilling battery acid. Acid stains are clearly visible near the battery area and tool box itself. I didnt notice immediately that because of no drain pipe this entire concern has happened., today when i asked the service centre (Soniya royal enfield, lbs marg, mulund west, mumbai) is there any drain pipe for this bike.. He (Vijay) bluntly said no.. Ther is no drain pipe with the bike. Also since march onwards i have been following up for battery cover replacement but still no clue. As soniya roya enfield has already said no for any sort of replacement would request your immediate support on the issue and earliest replacement of tool box (One with royal enfield logo), tool kit and the battery cover with lock.
