Royal Hyundai Gwalior — Complain againat service

Sir i m serving soldier n i have purchased a car on 07 june 2015 . My complaint is agains Royal Hyundai Gwalior.My car was accidently broken on 01 July 15 night .after insurance company claim insurance company told me "due to late registration we will give u 75 percent clim only" Royal Hyundai committed for all registration and all that, so i informed to Royal Hyundai Gwalior there is found a big mistake they never apply for even tax till 02 July 15, however my funds and everything about money matter suttle properly. They are accepted all foult and commited to give my mony back but after 12 days they are just treating as foolish not attanding my phone call and now they told me my corporate discount mony cheaq is adjusting for complaint.
