There was a stall of royal king furnitures, bangalore in chennai trade center on 27th feb 2016. We had booked a cot and paid rs, 5000 via debit card as advance. We were promised delivery of the item on april 10th and the balance was supposed to have been paid by cash. When we call up the owner neha, he talks ruthlessly and says that only if we pay the balance amount to his personal account (Not sure why we should transfer it to his personal account) he will make delivery of the table.
