Royal Oak — Delivered Chair - Cracks seen within a month | |||
I purchased a dining table with 4 chairs through the Royal oak online site. It was delivered on 23rd April. On May 25th we noticed a crack in the chair. Which starts increasing day by day. Never expected a low quality from Royal Oak. Expecting good customer service at least with a replacement as the product is in the guaranteed time frame. Raised complaints through WhatsApp and email.
