[Resolved] Royal Oak Furniture Banaswadi — Damaged cot | |||
Hi, one month back i bought a queen size bed (cot) from Royal oak furniture Banaswadi, Bangalore. After 10 days(as per said) they delivered the cot. When their guys were assembling the cot i found total 5 different pieces were damages. Instantly i called up royal oak, they told sir let them assemble the cot now and will take care of that. I took picture of all those damage pieces and sent them on whatsapp. After 15 days of compliant, there technical manager called me up and told sir we can only do the touch up for those damage and can not exchange it. His reason for the damage was "sir we import the cot from other country so please understand that those damages are expected". Why the hell I should care about from where they are importing it, I have paid amount for new bed not for the damaged one. Finally they told me you do what ever you want we are not going exchange it except touch up. I am going to take these fraud guys to consumer court. So guys before moving towards Royal Oak please be careful other wise you may be the next person to write all these things here again. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sofa was not yet fixed
I had purchased Geneva sofa on 15.05.16 and sofa was delivered on 16.05.16 with package and still not installed.Even after 3 times I called customer care it's not done.
