Royal Oak India — Defective product and Fraud

I purchased 1 bed with side table and clock from royal oak Faridabad store. The bed was not installed properly and there are scratches and mica chip off. The same I conveyed to the store manager but he refuses to help. I called their customer care they also denied any help. Bed cost is 40000. And it is just lying in my room.
Secondly I purchased a clock worth 2300 but they sent me a different defective clock worth 1999. Again no refund no replacement. Their customer care also don’t respond. Now more the 15 days has passed
