Royal Oak India — taking orders and money online, but not delivering any products.

I ordered a product from royal oak furniture company and paid the whole bill amount online. But soon after i ordered, i wanted to cancel the product.
Now there is no customer service and no option to cancel the product on the website.
I am requesting a refund for the product.
