Royal Oak India — Furniture not delivered since 50 days, also they refuse to cancel order | |||
I have made a TV Unit (Order number: ROY0073364) on royaloak online site on 4th Oct 2020. It was supposed to be delivered on 18th October 2020. I didn't receive any delivery or update on delay. I had to reach customer support multiples times where there is no assurance of proper date and just keep on postponing by saying the stock will be coming every next week. Finally i lost interest and asked to cancel my order and refund. Still i did not get any confirmation on cancellation or refund where i cant put order in other sites because of the money issue. Also my time is getting wasted as the support seems very irresponsive without any call back or updates of confirmation. Resolution needed is for immediate order cancel and refund.
