I ordered atlas coffee table on online on 18th april, 2017. After many emails and telephonic conversations because o[censored]ndue delay in delivery or order amount refund, they finally gave the delivery time as beginning of october, 2017. On contacting them in october i was told that their online booking agent, [protected]@royaloakindia.com closed their business with them and therefore they are in the process of refunding the order amount to the respective customers. As advised by them, i sent them screenshots of order confirmation letter, my credit card statement for the proof of payment, and my cancelled cheque on 28th of november. Now, till date, nobody contacted me and they seldom pick my calls and when they pick the call i hear some lame excuses. I strongly believe that their intention is to make the customer out of desperation.
Kindly do the needful so that i may not lose my hard earned money.
