[Resolved] Royal Oak — Sofa set 3+1+1 | |||||
I purchased 3+1+1 sofa set from royal oak bangalore, bannerghatta road Branch on 14th of april, 2017. After purchase, concerned person/manager promised me that they will deliver the sofa set within 3 or maximum 4 working days. Today is 29th and they are saying, product is out of stock. During payment, they collected entire 78k from me and they are not okay to do any kind of partial payment in advance and remaining amount at the time of delivery. I also purchased tv stand of 40k from damro, jp. Nagar 5th phase, bangalore and they are on-time. I should have never considered going to royal oak. I personally feel royal oak bannerghatta branch team are cheaters. They want to do as much sales as possible without even looking at the stock availability and gives false delivery date promise and we (Customer's) need to follow up after paying hefty money. When i call respective branch, i need to explain the issue multiple times to each and every individual whomsoever picks the call with no promised call back done not even once. Pathetic service and i never ever recommend anybody purchasing any kind of furniture from royal oak, bannerghatta branch, bangalore. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Correction: The entire organization of royal oak is comprised of incompetent individuals and unfaithful people. hence, in all their branches you would surely find 'cheaters'. 100% guaranteed.
